Alan Watkins - Chairman


Alan is a seasoned Chairman and Senior Executive, who has over 30 years experience within the IT industry.
Alan Watkins - Portrait He has experience of chairing both Public and Private Companies and works closely with the Private Equity & Venture Capital industry in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.


He is currently Chairman of AIM listed Matrix Communications Group Plc, a £60M, Virtual Network Operator(VNO). He is also Chairman of Glasshouse , a Boston based , VC backed Storage Services Company; Appligenics, a VC backed Software House; Chronicle Solutions, a VC backed Content Appliance provider.


Previously Alan has held senior positions within BT, Timeplex, Outsource Group, Giantloop and, most notably was the Founder and Managing Director of Cisco Systems Ltd, Cisco's UK subsidiary. During this time he grew the operation from a standing start to over £200M of revenue.


He has a proven track record of establishing and growing "fast track" start ups, and a record of recruiting and developing successful teams. As well as this he has significant experience of conducting business throughout EMEA and Asia; Turnarounds, Mergers, Acquisitions and Fund Raising.

George Dziedzic is founder and managing director of Foster MacCallum International Ltd.


He has been responsible for the Partner/Channel Development programs of many software vendors including SAP, UGS, Progress, Remedy, Hyperion, Oracle, BMC and MRO.


George has accumulated 20 years of international experience in B2B software sales and marketing, and has worked in both the direct and indirect sales channels. He has previously assisted companies such as Intergraph and SAP in establishing a successful channel strategy. More recently, George has worked in consultancy and market research, primarily helping software vendors to successfully develop and improve their routes to market.


He has worked extensively in the area of multiple channels and partner types including OEM, ISV, Consultants, Systems Integrators, VARs, Distributors, Resellers and ASPs and has been involved in establishing Joint Marketing and Alliance programs.


In his consulting capacity, George has worked with the most successful corporations and industry leaders, including IBM, Sun Microsystems, HP, NetIQ, Sybase, Stellent, Kalido, Sonic Software, Autodesk, Prevx and Xerox.

Graeme Stephen – Non–Executive Director


Having served his legal training with Brodies in Edinburgh, Graeme joined Clifford Chance in London in 1986. While there, Graeme undertook secondments in Bahrain (1988-90), Singapore (1990-93), and Norway (1993).


In 1993, Graeme joined Man Investment Products in Switzerland, subsequently becoming Director and Head of Corporate Finance. Graeme had prime responsibility for the establishment of Man Alternative Investments Limited, an investment trust listed on the London Stock Exchange.


Graeme was educated at Fettes College in Edinburgh, holds a law degree from Dundee University, and was enrolled as a Scottish solicitor in 1986 and as an English solicitor in 1990.
