Steve spent most of his early career in various Senior Management roles for Global Consumer Electronics Companies such as Aiwa and Samsung. Upon leaving Aiwa he held the position of Company Secretary for the UK and Head of Operations for Europe & was responsible for the Strategic and Operational Management of the European Supply Chain, Customer Services, Environmental issues, Quality Control, HR & Facilities.
Steve set up his own Company in 2002 to supply Interim Management & Consultancy Services to other Technology Businesses and has subsequently successfully completed many assignments both in the UK & Europe for Global Companies such as Sony Europe; IMG Media; Music Choice PLC; & Nunet AG. These assignments were primarily Business Transformation, Change Management, Outsourcing, and Performance Improvement programmes, in the disciplines of Operations, Project Management, and People Management.
Steve is MBA educated, Prince2 qualified, and a current member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI); and Institute of Interim Management (MIIM).
He initially joined Foster MacCallum as Interim Research and Operations Manager in April 2007 and has undertaken various roles for them since. He became a Director of Foster MacCallum in 2010 & has operated as C.O.O. since January 2011.
