Ilona joined Foster MacCallum in 2010 and initially held a position of a Senior Researcher. She was managing the Research Team and was responsible for planning and executing research. She is currently in charge of delivering Partner Recruitment Projects for the company’s clients and is a key member of the Foster MacCallum Executive Team.
Ilona graduated from the University of Warsaw in Poland and has a degree in English Philology
